In 2009, Mr. Roderick took over the small business operations sector at JRRA Inc., and was tasked with developing several small businesses that the company had acquired in its portfolio. The first was a 65,000 sqft, 15-acre Livestock Auction Facility in Collinsville, OK. The project focus was to oversee the ownership transfer, team building and development, new marketing plans, as well as handle customer satisfaction.

In 2012 the decision was made to build another business on the property, a Farm and Ranch Feed Store. This project was one starting from the ground up. From building development and plans, to setting up vendors, coordinating logistics, all the way down to the interior design, he was responsible for the set up and daily operations. After the launch in Spring of 2012, he was able to secure a substantial foothold in the local market share.

In 2017 he expanded the company to over twice the square footage to now over 10,000 sqft. Mr. Roderick will tell you that hands down his absolute favorite part of this process for him personally, was the interaction with the customers. Through the mission statement and company outline he was able to get to personally know and treat the customers like family.
